Hikes at Tanager Tract | |
TTLT is in the midst of a campaign to raise funds to purchase and steward the Tanager Tract in West Elgin. The present owner has graciously allowed us to offer a series of public tours so that members and supporters can view this lovely property.
Tour Dates: Saturday, September 11; Sunday, October 3; and, Sunday, October 24. Meet at 1 PM at the corner of Queens Line and Kerr Road. See Map on Tanager Tract page of this website.
Please remember to bring appropriate footwear, water and your cheque book.

Five Points Forest | |
On June 2 members of the TTLT celebrated the dedication of our newest nature preserve. Five Points Forest-Driedger Tract is a 74 acre wooded-wetland near Putnam in Thames Centre, Middlesex.
About 60 people were on hand for a brief ceremony followed by a tours of the property.
